Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Eid Refaey absorbed all he could from the rich culture surrounding him and the spirit of his parents. Eid’s father taught him to treasure family above all and his mother showed him the value of entrepreneurship and creativity.
In 2006, Eid established his first Building company, laying the foundation for his unwavering commitment to excellence. Through dedication and craftsmanship, Eid and his team have brought to life over 30 exceptional homes in prominent Charlotte neighborhoods. Guided by integrity, his work earned him a reputation that resonated within the community and even attracted repeat clients for his custom homes.
In 2017, Eid diversified the portfolio, delving into rental property development. By renovating neglected triplexes in the Five Points Neighborhood, Eid created a thriving community where residents contribute to the growth and transformation of the Rozzell's Ferry Corridor.
Eid’s vision expanded further as the team embarked on the first adaptive reuse project, breathing new life into the historic Parkwood Avenue C.M.E. Church. This revitalized space now stands as a luxury apartment complex, serving as a testament to his dedication to preserving the past while building for the future.
This journey embodies the transformative power of a singular passion and commitment. Eid and the talented team surrounding him, not only construct buildings; they build communities, leaving a lasting impact on the places touched.
